The last home game of the season promises to be a real cracker when 3rd placed St Ives visit Willen Road. We lost 4-3 to them earlier in the season in an excellent game and next Saturday will hopefully provide more of the same.

19th April - After much consultation and deliberation the club have decided that tomorrow night’s quiz should go ahead as planned. I was generally felt that we needed to start getting back to normal after the tragic events of last week and that it is something Dave would have wanted.

So shake off your mental cobwebs and get brains back in gear.

Normal time 8.00pm with the usual feast at half-time.
13th April - It is with great regret that I have to announce the sudden death of our Finance Director, Dave Peters. On behalf of all members (Committee, Playing and Social) I would like to pass on my condolences to Dave’s family. As a mark of respect (and in agreement with the league) we have postponed both the First and Reserve team games tomorrow.

Geoff Cardno (Chairman)

Daren Lynch7th April - Manager Darren Lynch has won the UCL March Manager of the Month award. In making the award the league said 'Newport made light of a series of away games to post a seven match points tally of 19 during March, their only points dropped in the first match of the month at Boston. Their other five away games were won along with a solitary home encounter with Desborough, form which earned summer appointee Lynch his first managerial accolade.'
The First Team have a local derby away at AFC Kempston on Easter Monday. Why not come along and see if Darren and the lads can make it 8 wins in a row and consolidate their fourth place position - K/O 12.00pm.
24th March - Former Reserve Team player and current Under 14 Coach Ben Ford has signed for Conference club Kettering Town. Ben, who had recently forced his way into the Poppies first team, has signed a three year contract at Nene Park. On behalf of all at Willen Road I would like to wish Ben all the best for the future. Click here for further details.
19th March - On behalf of all at Newport Pagnell Town FC I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the family of Kilmarnock midfielder Liam Kelly whose father Jack tragically died following Sunday's Scottish Communities League Cup. For those who aren't aware Liam played for NPTFC before making his way in the professional game and Jack was a regular visitor at Willen Road to watch the First Team.
19th March - The U12 Tigers have today won Division Three of the Borders Counties League with 2 games still to play. Having been runners up for the past 2 seasons, they are very happy boys and can now join the U14s at the league presentations. They didn't have a game today but other results went their way.

Meanwhile the Under 14 Tigers lost in their cup semi-final going down 2-0 to Emberton.
