The Under 12's teams merged forces to take on the mighty Real Madrid, yes you read that right, REAL MADRID at the Stowe School near Buckingham on Tuesday night.
An invite via Tony K was made early Monday morning and the hastily arranged game was organised to the disbelief of everybody involved with the club. As pre-season friendlies go this probably doesn't get much bigger (Sorry MK Dons Fans!) and it was an enjoyable and memorable night for the players and their families as the beautiful surroundings and bowling green pitches were a perfect setting for such illustrious visitors to the UK.

As the new season approaches there is plenty of form filling for the youth managers to be doing. The annual NPTFC youth tournament was held last weekend and was an unqualified success. I would like to thank all of those who put in so much effort to make it such a success, especially the clear up crew on Sunday which enabled us to see most of the England game (UNFORTUNATELY!!!).
